With an experience of 16 years, she's navigated the ever-evolving landscape of media, shaping the minds of future communicators. She has deep interest in the area of communication strategy, content creation, and possesses a deep understanding of the media's pulse. She holds a Master's degree in mass communication, and she is also currently pursuing a PhD.

Subodh Korgoankar

Faculty and Production Head
With nearly a decade of experience under his belt, Subodh has worked on everything from music videos and web series to feature film and commercials. He's a master at visualizing a project and seeing it through to completion, and he's always looking for ways to improve his craft. Now, he's bringing his expertise to the classroom, where he's focused on developing a teaching plan that will inspire and educate the next generation of filmmakers.

Saurabh Deshpande

Saurabh Deshpande has been a media and communications educator since 1999 and is currently enrolled as a PhD scholar the University of Mumbai. He has completed his master's degree with English and has also successfully completed a post graduation program in journalism and mass communication. He has published and presented several research papers at the national and international level. His interest areas include Digital Media.

Akshata Narkar

Akshata Narkar is an Assistant Professor with a rich background in media and academia. She earned her Master’s in Communication and Journalism from Mumbai University and is currently pursuing a PhD with a focus on visual communication. Her career includes roles as a content writer and project manager, enhancing her practical and theoretical expertise. She has authored several research papers and reference books, reflecting her dedication to advancing the field.

Geeta Nair

Assistant Professor
Geeta Nair is a media professional. She holds over two decades of industry experience. She has completed her MBA in Marketing Management and is a Post Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism. Currently, she is an educator and an author.

Shivani Joshi

Faculty
Shivani Joshi has been a professor of mass media for the past 10 years. She has successfully submitted five research papers, authored six academic textbooks and three reference books. She has been invited as a resource person in more than 50 seminars/conferences and online sessions.

Prof. Aditi Surve has over eight years of experience in the media industry. She completed her Masters in Arts in Film, Television and New Media Production. She is a self motivated person and strongly believes that Perfection is the key to achieving a goal'

Vinod Yadav has around seven years of experience in teaching programming language, Database management, SQL, Big Data, Compiler. He has done Masters in Computer Science and has completed Advance Java Certification from Sun Microsystems. He has deep interest in the field of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

A commerce graduate, Ms Anuradha Thakur went on to do her Bachelors in Mass Media. She’s worked as a reporter with several media organisations and has around six years of experience in the industry. Currently she’s busy mentoring students and handling administration related work at AIFT.

Rashi Desai

Administration Executive cum Course co-ordinator
A Commerce Graduate with about 10 years of work experience, Rashi Desai handles administration work, documentation and enrollments at AIFT. She has excellent communication skills, is well versed with computers and is a people person always ready to help students as and when required.

Ashwini Pednekar

Administration Executive
Ashwini Pednekar handles administration at AIFT. Additionally, she also counsels students and assists with admissions. She has completed her Masters in Journalism from School of Broadcasting and Journalism and holds 11 years of experience in the media industry.

Rupesh Kumar

Rupesh Kumar works as a professional cinematographer in Mumbai since last 15 years after completing his PG diploma in Motion picture photography from reputed film school SRFTI, in 2001. He has learnt the craft of cinema and camera under legendry DOP Mr. Subrata Mitra. He has attended many camera workshops and master classes with senior DP’s like K K Mahajan, Ranjan Palit, Venu, Sunny Josef and many more. During 2002-2007, Rupesh got associated and worked with leading DOP’s like Kiran Deohans, Atar singh Saini, Santosh Thundyil, Madhu shi, Aseem Bajaj, Gyan Sahay, Rakesh Kumar, A K Bir and Setu. Rupesh was part of Camera crew in films like- “Abar ashbo phire”, “Chocolate”. “Darna zaruri hai”, “The living ghosts”. “Sunday” etc.

Paresh Pandya

Mr. Paresh Pandya is Proprietor of Creative Line Computer Classes. Currently, he is pursuing PhD, MBA (marketing). He is Bachelor in Commerce. He has completed Post-Graduation Diploma in Computer Application, Diploma in Interior Designer & Decoration, and Diploma in Jewellery Designing. His interest in self defense and physical fitness has got him Black Belt from Japan Karate Association. His passion for teaching I.T and graphics from last 16 years has driven him to be Guest Lecturer / Visiting Faculty for BAMM,BBI, BFM, BAF,BMS, Business Entrepreneurship, Post Graduation for Interior Designing, Product Designing, Fashion Designing at reputed Educational Institutes like K.C. College (Mumbai), H.R. College (Mumbai), Pearl Academy (Mumbai), Raffles Design International (Mumbai), SNDT (Juhu, Malad), Bharati Vidyapeeth (Pune), Institute of Company Sectary India, INIFD College (Mumbai), RMC College (Mumbai) and G.
